If you’re like me, the news can be overwhelming and scrolling headlines can take up a lot of your mental energy. While this is a news podcast and not a medical podcast, I love that it is 12 min to quickly get me informed with trusted information and then I can get on with my day.
Sleep With Me
Having trouble sleeping after a long shift or during the day? I listen to Sleep With Me almost every night and it always helps me fall asleep. Scooter front loads the episode with all of the ads to bore you and then tells you a bedtime story. Pair this with a good eye mask or black out curtains, a little bit of lavender and you’ll be asleep in no time.
